This
relaxing massage is designed to relax the muscles and calm the mind. It induces
a state of deep psycho-physical well-being, relieving everyday stress. Ideal
for those who want a moment of pure tranquillity. The treatments are carried
out using: certified organic oils, background music at 432 Hz, preheating of
the areas to be treated with infrared lamps and, at the end of the massage, a
tasty organic herbal tea will be offered.

- MOVING FLOW
Customised movement programme that starts with an individual session to collect
body history, define goals and create an initial exercise sequence, performed
and video-recorded for monitoring. This is followed by periodic refresher
sessions with new sequences, again video-recorded, to adapt the course and
ensure continuous, customised improvement.
Duration: 50 minutes with a minimum of 3 and a maximum
of 7 participants.

Epigenetic test which, by
analysing 3–4 hair bulbs, maps the microenvironmental factors that influence
well-being (lifestyle, diet, pollution, etc.) in about 15 minutes. Hair acts as
a biomarker: a coil detects its “waves” and sends the data to a centre in
Germany, where an algorithm processes a personalised report on environmental
interference and metabolic balance.
