THE LANGUAGE OF HANDS

Enjoy an immersive experience in Tuscany and learn how to make authentic Italian pizza: from choosing the flour to traditional dough preparation, to topping with genuine ingredients and baking. A short introduction to the essential ingredients, dough preparation, making your own personalised pizza and many other interesting things to learn.

- SWEET TUSCANY

Learn how to make two iconic Tuscan desserts: cantuccini (crunchy biscuits, perfect for dipping in sweet wine) and castagnaccio (a rustic dessert made with chestnut flour, oil and rosemary). During the experience, you will discover different types of flour, historical anecdotes and techniques for achieving the perfect consistency, with a final tasting paired with a typical liqueur.

- IT'S PASTA TIME

Immerse yourself in Italian culinary tradition with a hands-on experience of preparing homemade egg pasta using natural, locally sourced ingredients. Starting with the flour, you will discover the art of creating fresh, delicious dough, accompanied by authentic sauces that will enhance the flavour. We will begin with an explanation of the different types of flour, then start kneading and shaping the pasta. At the same time, we will prepare a fantastic sauce with which, once cooked, we will dress our pasta. Finally, “EVERYONE TO THE TABLE, LET'S EAT!”.

Duration: 3 hours. Number of participants: 2 to 6.

- ACTIVITIES WITH BEES

An immersive experience in the world of bees, including a guided introduction to beekeeping (the life of bees, beehives, honey production), tasting of local honeys with pairings and interesting facts, and a creative workshop to make original crafts to take home.

- FROM THE EAR OF WHEAT TO "SCHIACCIATA"

 An experiential journey through the wheat cycle, from the fields to the flour to the bread. The activity includes a visit to the fields with an explanation of traditional techniques and the transformation of the grain into flour, a bread-making workshop to create your own flatbread or rustic sandwich, and a final tasting in the style of a ‘Tuscan snack’ with cold cuts, local cheeses and the farm's extra virgin olive oil.

- HISTORY TASTE ESCAPE

Among golden rows and the scent of earth, you will discover the magic of the vine shoot, the young heart from which every vineyard is born, and the ancient poetry of the roses planted to guard each row. The visit continues in the farmhouse, where the gestures and traditions of the past are brought back to life, before descending into the cellar, among barrels and aromas, following the journey of the grape to the glass. To conclude, a little surprise. Tasting of 5 wines (2 whites and 3 reds) with a platter of local specialities.

- FROM SEED TO GLASS

Dal Chicco al Bicchiere (From Grain to Glass) is an immersive journey into the world of Tuscan organic craft beer, from the cultivation of raw materials to the final tasting. Discover how a simple seed is transformed into a beer with a unique character, through a journey that will take you to the heart of the brewery. From the selection of grains to fermentation, to the first sip: an authentic experience for true beer lovers.The experience includes a visit to the company's laboratory with an explanation of the entire production chain. This is followed by a tasting of three beers accompanied by a mixed platter of local products.

- SLOW WONDER AND TASTE

A unique experience that will take you into the heart of a snail farm, discovering a fascinating and little-known world. Accompanied by experts, you will walk through open-air enclosures to observe the life cycle of snails at close quarters, discovering their reproduction process, the natural breeding method and the collection and conservation techniques. After this immersion in nature and the secrets of eliciculture, it will be time to move from theory to practice with a delicious tasting session. You will taste snail specialities produced directly by the farm, artisanal delicacies, all accompanied by a glass of local wine selected to enhance the flavours. Before leaving the farm,a nice surprise is waiting for you.

- SUNSET COUNTRY APERITIVE

This experience offers total immersion in wine culture and local traditions, combining the beauty of the landscape with the authentic flavours of the land. Whether under the sun, at sunset or sheltered in the cosy restaurant, every moment is designed to provide unforgettable emotions. You will discover the stages of wine-making, from the arrival of the grapes to fermentation. You will continue to the barrique cellar, where the wines rest and age in French barrels, acquiring unique aromas and complexity. After the visit, you will board a horse-drawn carriage which will take you through the vineyards to the shores of a picturesque lake. Here, as the sun sets, a special aperitif awaits you: a checked tablecloth laid out on the grass, a glass of local wine and a basket of typical products, for a sunset aperitif that will awaken all the senses.

- "SCHIACCIATA LESSON"

Experience an authentic journey into the flavours of Tuscany with our exclusive lesson dedicated to the real SCHIACCIATA TOSCANA.

In a convivial and welcoming atmosphere, you will be guided step by step by experts who will reveal all the secrets of one of the most famous typical Tuscan recipe.

During the 2-hour lesson , you will literally put your hands in the dough: you will learn to select the ingredients of the original recipe so that you can replicate it at home and amaze your friends and family.

The experience is enriched by a tasting of typical local products: cold meats, cheeses and extra-virgin olive oil, all accompanied by a glass of excellent local wine, to fully immerse you in the scents and flavours of Tuscany.

- WINE CELLAR TOUR AND WINE TASTING

A unique experience among rows of vines and the scents of the countryside, offering an up-close look at the work in the vineyard and the process that transforms grapes into wine. You will discover the rhythm of the seasons, production choices, and techniques in the cellar, with clear and engaging explanations. Depending on the weather forecast and the time of year, it may also be possible to visit the olive grove. 

The visit then continues with the cellar and ends with a guided tasting of 6 wines, paired with finger food made from local products, to enhance the flavors of the territory and make the tasting even more complete.

-HISTORIC LIQUOR FACTORY

We take you on a journey of discovery to an ancient liquor factory, a historic business founded in 1874 and handed down from generation to generation. It is an authentic place, where you can still breathe in the atmosphere of an ancient workshop: the scents of herbs, family stories, and artisan gestures that have stood the test of time.

The activity includes a tour of the company with access to the production laboratory and a visit to the internal museum, among old bottles, machinery, and vintage tools that tell the story of the liquor factory and the territory. 

At the end, there will be a tasting of their most famous liqueurs.

-MINI OIL TASTING COURSE

A mini oil tasting course is a simple and super engaging experience to learn how to recognize a good oil, using your senses, just like you do with wine.

You will be guided by an expert oil producer, who will take you through a step-by-step tasting: you will learn how to read oil at first glance, how to recognize its aromas, and how to interpret its sensations on the palate, from the most delicate to the most intense.

You will taste different oils and also discover how to pair them best: bruschetta, salad dressing, cheese, or ice cream...and oil changes everything. 

Duration: 2 hours. Number of participants: 2 to 8.

- BOAT TOUR ON THE ARNO RIVER WITH APERITIF

The boat tour on the Arno River in Pisa offers a picturesque trip from Scalo Roncioni (Lungarno Mediceo) to the mouth of the river (Bocca d'Arno) and back. 

The experience recounts local stories of boats, heroes, and legends, with options for aperitifs or snacks, usually available from spring to September.

It is a unique way to see the city and the Arno riverbanks from a different perspective.

Duration: 2 hours. Number of participants: 15 to 45.

-FAMILY PIZZA

Family Pizza Time is a fun and engaging experience designed for the whole family. Young and old alike will get their hands in the dough to learn how to make pizza from scratch: from kneading the dough, to rolling it out, to stuffing it with fresh, colourful ingredients. Take your little ones on a culinary journey to discover the art of pizza making in a safe and stimulating environment!

Guided by an experienced pizza chef, discovering the main ingredients, children will use fresh and simple ingredients to create their own personalised pizza.

They will experience the art of preparing and then tasting their own creation.
